Date: 8 October 2009, the construction of the sports ground of the DJK Vierlinden are mostly completed. Now you just need a rubber layer which is placed over the entire space, then even the "green carpet" to be applied. Next week we go. Let's keep our fingers crossed that the weather stays dry and the new artificial turf is playable soon. Moreover, now brightly illuminated at the entrance (almost complete) in a new light.
The wall next to the Außentoilletten has a new coat of paint. The shoe shine car wash is no longer needed thanks to the new turf and therefore missing in the picture.
This is still not the last layers, before the artificial turf is. First still has a rubber layer can be applied, only then can the new surface is laid on it. A special sand is complaining the grass then, is that these are too. The last step is a granular layer.
Well, still, not all work, even in the entrance area, complete.
The parking spaces in front of the sports club currently serve as storage space by building materials.
